We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. We promise to deliver high-quality products, cigars, or accessories.

After quality controls by the official importers, the cigar boxes we send out are checked by our experts in Don Kike Cigars a prior to entering our humidor. All premium boxes are opened, checked for bugs, mold, and damage to ensure top quality is served to our clients and to protect our existing stock. Packs and other fast-moving items are only randomly checked.
 

If clients are unhappy with their orders, please let us know.  We will give you instructions on how to return them, providing that you keep them in their original packaging. You will be offered a box of the same order or of similar value if that is your wish or a full refund minus shipping costs.

Legal issues

Should duties be required, clients must arrange with their local authorities when notified of the arrival of the package in their country.

Our sales and shipment teams respect the laws of each country. For certain countries we do not ship tobacco products, which is why you may not see your chosen country at checkout. Do seek our expertise for further information, as each country has different regulations.

You must be 21 years old or older to browse our website and buy cigars or tobacco in general. An ID check may be conducted if needed.

At the time of the delivered we ask UPS to check the ID of the person that will get the package in the location, if is not a correct person to get it the package will be returned to the UPS Office.

Any change in the terms of our company will be notified to you through email.
